1 1/2 CUPS STEAMED BROCCOLI - CHOPPED
1 1/2 CUPS CARROTS - SHREDDED
3 1/2 CUPS ONION - CHOPPED
1 2/3 CUPS CELERY - CHOPPED
2/3 CUP YELLOW, RED, ORANGE BELL PEPPER - CHOPPED
2 1/2 CUPS VEGANASE
2 Tbs WHITE VINAGAR
1 tsp FRESH GROUND PEPPER
1 tsp SALT = OR TO TASTE

BOIL PASTA IN A LARGE POT. DRAIN,
THEN RINSE WITH COLD WATER.
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND STIR. REFRIDGERATE FOR AT LEAST 4 HRS.
BEFORE SERVING.
